Personal Fall Protection Equipment for Work at Height
Description
This is Personal Fall Protection Equipment for Work at Height. They come in general varieties that can be used in many applications, or may be specialized for specific uses within different industries where workers are at risk of falling, such as construction, manufacturing, and utility work.
The COBAIN series Full Body Safety Harnesses distribute fall arrest forces across the back, shoulders, chest, hips and pelvis. They are colored with fluorescent yellow and bright blue, perfectly identifiable in dim light and foggy days. Lanyards and straps are made of 100% PES, assembled with seasoned stitching craftwork, and jointed by reinforced metal buckles (seatbelt buckles or tri-glide buckles, which is easy to wear and remove) and rings to guarantee safety for every usage.
This is height safety equipment series, which are designed to maximize survival rate when hazard happened, web of the harness can diverse the down force to shoulders, around laps and under hip to prevent impacts on the abdomen; while holding the user up straight avoids hyperemia in the brain; buying precious time for rescues.
The Full Body Safety Harnesses have an anchorage connection Dee ring on the back of the harness between the shoulders. The harness can also be fitted with a Dee ring on the front of the harness, in the chest area, it depends on customer's requirement.

Qualification
The manufactory processes of COBAIN series Full Body Safety Harnesses are all qualified under ISO9001 Quality Management System. They are granted with safety certification and labor security accreditation. All the products embrace Chinese quality standards, while they are also satisfying for requirements in Australia (AS/NES 1891.1-2007) and Europe (EN 361-2002) standards.
They are tested according to standards listed in regulation document GB 6095-2009 "Safety Harness" and GB/T 6096-2009 "Safety Harness Testing Method". Each product would need to pass overall static and dynamic weight loading tests, whereas every components need to pass their own static and dynamic weight loading tests as well as mechanical performance testing.

Product Specifications
N series is the fundamental, 5 force diversion point safety harness.
1. Harness is made of high strength PET fiber that can sustain 29KN of force, higher than the 15KN required by standards.
2. Forged hardware can sustain force over 22KN, has smooth edges and angles to reduce cut and abrade to the straps.
3. Chest and leg straps are fully adjustable, joined by quick releasing buckles in case of emergency.

4. The product is for fall protection that is not suitable for long time suspension; rescue should be executed soon after an accident.

Fitting Instruction
a. Pick up the harness by holding the rear Dee ring, gently shack the harness to separate the straps. Ensure the buckles on leg, chest and waist(if applicable) straps are free and not buckle up, and allow all straps to fully extend. Carry out a pre use inspection of the components, webbing stitching and buckles, then check label to identify the withdraw from service date have not passed.
b. Hold the harness with rear Dee ring facing away, place the shoulder straps over your hand and hold the harness open.
c. Rotate the harness and insert one of your elbow into an arm loop, and then place arm through the loop, repeat the process with the other arm. Allow the harness to fall onto your shoulders and ensure there is no twist in the shoulder straps.
d. Buckle up the chest straps, then the waist straps (if applicable), ensure there is no twist.
e. Buckle up the leg straps, ensure there is no twist in the straps, and the loosen end of the webbings should point away from you.
f. Adjust the shoulder straps first to locate the rear Dee ring to the center of your back.
g. Adjust the chest, waist (if applicable) then the leg straps on their buckles to a firm fit, make sure they are neither too loose or too tight, then slide the webbing keeper to hold free webbing in place.
h. Attach a lanyard to the harness by hooking the energy absorbing end of the lanyard to the rear Dee ring. The connect should be made before the fitting due to the fact that the Dee ring is locate on the back of the wearer, however if this is not practical then the attachment should be done and checked by another competent person.
